The fastest way to order when you already know your part numbers. Enter up to 50 SKUs at once — or upload a spreadsheet — and add everything to your cart in one click.
What is Order Pad?
Order Pad lets you add products to your cart by entering part numbers directly — no browsing the catalog required. It's ideal when you have a list of SKUs ready and want to get them into your cart as quickly as possible.
📋 Items not in the catalog
Some products — like made-to-order axles — aren't available through the standard catalog search. Order Pad is the way to add these items to your cart using the complete SKU.
⚡ Two ways to use it
Add by Item Number — type SKUs and quantities directly into the entry rows on screen. Up to 50 items at once.
Upload CSV — paste a list or upload a spreadsheet file for even larger orders.
🛒 Add All to Cart
Once your items are entered, the Order Pad shows a running total and lets you Add All to Cart in one click. Availability and pricing are shown per item before you commit.
Add by Item Number
The quickest method when you have a handful of SKUs to enter manually.
How it works
- Go to Order Pad in the top navigation bar.
- Make sure the Add By Item Number tab is selected.
- Step 1 — Enter the complete SKU in the Item Number field for each row.
- Step 2 — Enter the quantity for each item.
- The system will show availability and pricing per line once recognized.
- Click Add All to Cart when you're ready — all items are added at once.
- Need more rows? Click Add Row to expand the list. Maximum 50 items per quick list.
💡 Pro Tips
- Always use the complete SKU — partial part numbers will not be recognized.
- Stock availability and price per unit are shown before you add to cart — review them before clicking Add All to Cart.
- Items showing No Stock at your branch can still be added to your cart and will appear as open items.
- Use Delete All Items to clear the list and start fresh.

For larger orders or when you already have a parts list in a spreadsheet — upload it directly.
Two upload methods
📁 Upload a file
- Select the Upload CSV tab in Order Pad.
- Download the Spreadsheet Template (CSV or XLSX).
- Fill in Item Number and Quantity columns.
- Click Upload to load your file.
📋 Paste a SKU list
- Use the SKU List text box.
- Paste your list — one item per line.
- Supported formats:
- Item Number only
- Item Number, Quantity (comma-separated)
- Item Number, Quantity (tab-separated)
- Click Add All to Quick List.
💡 Pro Tips
- Use the downloadable template to avoid formatting errors — it has the correct column headers already set up.
- Spreadsheet errors will appear in the SKU List box — review them before adding to cart.
- You can paste directly from Excel or Google Sheets using tab-separated values.
- This is the fastest method for weekly restock orders if you maintain a standing parts list in a spreadsheet.

🏪 Stocking Dealers
Maintain a standing restock spreadsheet with your top-selling SKUs and quantities. Upload it each week via CSV to replenish shelves in minutes — no manual cart building required.
🔧 Repair Shops
When a customer brings in a trailer for service, use Order Pad to enter all the parts for that job at once. Pair it with Saved Carts to save the list for pricing before committing to an order.
🏭 Trailer Manufacturers
Keep a bill of materials spreadsheet for each trailer model you build. When a production run starts, upload the CSV for that build and add everything to cart in one step — consistent every time.
Use the complete SKU
Order Pad requires the full, exact part number. Abbreviated or partial SKUs will not match and will show as errors. If you're unsure of a complete SKU, find it in the catalog first and copy it exactly.
